Job Description
At GoodHabitz we dont just create learning content we produce inspiring experiences. As a Producer you will oversee video productions from concept to final delivery ensuring that every project starts with a clear plan stays on schedule remains within budget and meets our highest quality standards.
You will be the link between creative vision and execution ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working together effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment loves coordinating creative projects and knows how to turn ideas into reality. Next to that you will be present during the recordings this can be in or outside the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Manage multiple productions from planning to delivery ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Provide clear briefings callsheets and regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
- Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication across all channels
- Collaborate with creatives educational designers camera operators marketing teams freelancers and actors
- Coordinate production resources including travel props voice-overs crew and logistics
- Manage budgets and handle contracts with external parties
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets agreed quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ready to come into the office multiple times a week especially during recordings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project or content management preferably in a creative or production environment
- MBO degree or higher in a relevant creative field
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Clear well-structured briefings and callsheets provided to stakeholders
- Smooth collaboration between all involved teams
- Low percentage of content revisions due to quality issues
- High percentage of projects delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Consistent adherence to production schedules
