For our client Wavin in Zwolle we are lokking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Consolidation & Reporting Specialist

Tasks & Responsibilities

As the Consolidation and Reporting Specialist you will contribute to the timely consolidation analyses and reporting of financial data from Operating Companies.

In this position you will be part of the Finance department of Wavin Head Office reporting into the Finance & Compliance Manager Fluent Europe located in the Headoffice in Zwolle The Netherlands.

Contribute to timely and accurate consolidation analysis and reporting of financial data from Operating Companies;

Composition of weekly monthly quarterly and ad-hoc reports for group management and our Shareholder in Mexico;

Support the preparation the group annual report under IFRS;

Implementation of new (IFRS) valuation principles and maintaining the accounting manual;

Assist the finance departments of Operating Companies European wide and Wavin Head Office with accounting and reporting issues;

Participation in projects for example further optimizing of our management information system and

Sparring partner for the Reporting and Consolidation Manager.

Profile

University or bachelor degree in Finance or Economics preferably with post academic Accountancy or NIVRA education or currently studying this;

3 to 5 years relevant work experience in accounting acquired in a multinational company and / or at one of the known accounting firms;

Knowledge of IFRS is preferred;

Strong analytical/problem solving skills in combination with a high level of accuracy;

A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment;

Excellent knowledge of Excel;

Experience with SAP FICO SAP BPC and/or Hyperion FM is an advantage;

Fluent in English both oral and written.
