Location:Zacatecas Mexico (100% on-site)
As our next Customer Service Representative youll be at the forefront of ensuring that system orders are created with the correct order type and billing chain reducing delivery delays and timely creating internal production orders in the system (Oracle). Your customer service experience will be key to driving our success and pushing the boundaries of whats possible.

Fulfill customer requirements such as shipping documentation ASN submissions portal maintenance dispute resolution alert responses CUMs and more.
Ensure system orders are created with the correct order type and billing chain.
Eliminate delivery delays.
Timely create sales orders and internal production orders in the system (Oracle).
Ensure optimal inventory levels in the warehouse to fulfill customer orders on time.
Prepare a weekly shipping plan and communicate it to the shipping and quality departments.
Maintain an on-time delivery rate above 90%.
Maintain customer satisfaction levels above 90%.
University degree in Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
1 year of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
Experience with customer portals preferably Stellantis.
Strong Excel skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with MRP systems preferably Oracle.
