Job Description

Role: Site Manager - 2 year FTC
Client:Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering Quantity Surveying or Construction Management; 10 years of experience in large-scale residential construction
Location: Cork City
Salary: Up to 85000

In this role you will oversee health and safety manage subcontractors and suppliers and ensure works are executed in compliance with regulations design documents and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading construction teams managing programmes and progress reports coordinating with service providers and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong commercial acumen the ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
