This Position reports to:
PMO ManagerIn this role you will be leading the execution of strategic projects in Group/Division/Business Unit functions at local/multi-national/Region level using either ABB and/or 3rd party re-sources and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures project objectives applicable quality standards safety requirements cost and scheduling targets.
The work model for the role is: HYBRID
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in OSTRAVA
Your role and responsibilities:
Ensuring successful delivery of the IS project and closely collaborate with Business Project Manager on overall project deliverables
Planning scheduling coordinating and deliver the IS project outcomes to time scope cost and agreed quality
Executing IS project communication; report IS project performance against plan and expected business outcome
Ensuring appropriate ABB IS Project Management standards and methods are followed
Managing stakeholder expectations and relationship. Collaborating with IS Managers and Service Managers as required
Managing and leading the project team allocated to the project; coach develop and provide feedback regarding individuals allocated to IS project
Defining jointly with Business Project Manager all project documents including scope and financial plans schedule and risk management plans
Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress proactive manage and mitigate project risks

Qualifications for the role:
A collaborative solution-focused approach target oriented and strong written and spoken communication skills
Project Management knowledge preferably in are of IT/IS alternatively any other PM experience
Demonstrated experience in management of project scope cost schedules and vendors/subcontractors
Knowledge of IS Project Methodology IS Project Governance Model and Agile Project Management is good advantage
Sound understanding of infrastructure and security related questions and topics
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT management or related fields or related work experience
Fluent spoken and written English
