Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Paralegal to provide support to corporate counsel with a focus on vendor and contract management compliance research and document organization. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist counsel with corporate compliance matters including internal policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Manage vendor files and support the full contract lifecycle (routing execution renewals).

  • Conduct legal and regulatory research as directed.

  • Maintain systems to track contracts compliance deadlines and related documentation.

  • Draft and review NDAs standard contracts and compliance reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and process information.

  • Monitor regulatory updates and assist with policy and procedure updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

  • 3 years of paralegal experience with a focus on corporate compliance or transactional work.

  • Strong organizational communication and research skills.

  • High attention to detail with a proactive solutions-oriented approach.

  • Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
