Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills
- Desktop support (Mandatory skill) involves providing technical assistance for hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
- Proficiency with Active Directory is crucial to manage user access across multiple systems and ensure operational security.
- Experience with Office 365 is necessary for troubleshooting and maintaining collaborative productivity tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems to effectively log track and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Networking knowledge to configure maintain and troubleshoot network connections and data flow between systems.
- Effective troubleshooting skills to identify diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Experience in imaging and reimaging provides a solid foundation in deploying operating systems and software to client devices.
- Proficiency with SCCM is important for automating system management tasks across corporate environments.

- Provide technical support and immediate solutions to end-users computing issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in a professional and efficient way using ticketing systems.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory environments ensuring correct permissions and data protection policies.

- Implement imaging and reimaging tasks for devices ensuring all systems are up to date and functional.
- Troubleshoot network issues to restore connectivity and ensure a reliable network environment for business operations.
- Utilize SCCM for automated deployment and routine maintenance tasks to improve system efficiency and security.
