Were seeking an exceptional IT Support Engineer for our San Diego our fulfillment centers your expertise will directly impact the technology backbone that enables millions of customer deliveries daily. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges and opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems while inspiring technical excellence in others.
As our IT Support Engineer no two days are the same at Amazon which makes this an exciting place to work. You can expect to troubleshoot disruptive IT incidents one day and come up with new processes that make our IT systems better the next. Youll also spend time training and mentoring your colleagues giving you the opportunity to see your team develop and your career grow.
- 1 years of Windows Server technologies: AD DFS Print Services SCCM experience
- 2 years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2 years of PC repair troubleshooting deployment and liquidation experience
- 1 years of IT client server and network service delivery experience
- 2 years of networking (such as DNS DHCP SSL OSI Model and TCP/IP) experience
- 2 years of corporate setting Windows Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2 years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 2 years of computer networking experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
