Fresh-Out New Grad AMS Software & Hardware Engineer
Polanco CDMX (Hybrid)
Position Summary
Thales is looking for an Fresh-Out AMS Software & Hardware Engineer who is primarily responsible to ensure the integration and verification of the deliverables for our final client.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Installation of the air traffic system
- Network configuration and operating system installation and configuration
- Creation of project documentation: Architectural Drawings (AD) Hardware Description Document (HDD) Hardware Configuration Management Document (HCMD)
- Provide timely technical support to the project Review and analyze test protocols Attend planning meetings Deliver test results at meetings.
- Conduct troubleshooting in the laboratory and production.
- Direct support to the engineering department for bid construction Technical support for all project operating platforms.
- Second-level support for production failures Detection analysis monitoring escalation and control of faults identified in production and the laboratory.
Minimum Qualifications
- RECENT graduate (2023 - 2024) in software engineering computer science aeronautics engineering electronics and telecommunications engineering or any relevant field; and / or equivalent experience.
- Up to 1 year of experience with computer software and hardware.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency oral and written.
- Strong communicator and negotiator analytical results-oriented customer-oriented a strong time manager autonomous honest and empathetic strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
