Job Description

• Work effectivelyacross allaccountservice lines in coordination with account directors to identifyclient reporting requirements and determine best-fit solutions to resolve reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements on account and implement solutions to close process gaps across all service lines to increase efficiency and efficacy of account team by working closely with service line leads and VPs.
• Defining the business requirements from the account and client teams for custom reporting and act as the VOC for Triana platform enhancements
• Design develop and build dashboards based on specifications ensuring data visualizations are tailored to support informed decision-making.
• Perform data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects.
• Develop the client specific business glossary data dictionary technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream.
• Execute user acceptance testing of feature enhancements inbothnew releases and new dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Triana bugs and issues with client specific instance of Triana.
• Supportdata assessment exercise with account team and client while onboarding onto Trianaor in preparation for custom reporting solution.
• Assist with account specific data analysis to ensure consistency in reporting and dashboard requirements across the account and the Triana platform.
• Partner with the development team to expand the Triana offering through dashboard POCs tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements.
• Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work.
• Liaisewith service line leadership to extract data from point applications for uploading into Triana.
• Monitor KPI performance and report results regularly to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Review data to be utilized for QBR documents and manage internal associated drafting and review meetings as needed.
• Resolve Ad-Hoc reporting requests or other tasks as assigned.
• Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on dashboarding platformTriana and other analytical tools used on account when applicable.
• Configuration of Triana Portal to enable new client onboarding.
• Facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Economics Real Estate or Technology preferred
• 4-5 years of technical experience in data visualization tools Tableau PowerBI or Looker (Tableau preferred).
• Experience in API Alteryx PowerApps Python or SQL is a plus
