Key Responsibilities:
Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modelling leadership and coaching.
Will focus on stakeholders and direct engagement with
CAC OTCX (Central America Andina and Caribbean Sea Area One Team Customer Experience) Colombia Venezuela Costa Rica Panama Dominican Republic.
Drives commercial intelligence within own team.
Attends regular or ad-hoc joint sales calls with sales teams to provide better service to customers.
Drives continuous improvement of process performance and team efficiency.
Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects.
Actively contributes to the local management team-share views.
Has ideas and experiences on how to further improve team departmental performance and customer experience.
Has at least three to five years of experience to fulfill the role.
Involved on Process Improvement Agile and Continuous Improvement processes.
Will manage 15-20 FTEs Process Experts Spanish Speakers.
Who are we looking for:
With leadership experience and managing a team.
Have worked with CAC OTCX (Central America Andina and Caribbean Sea Area is an advantage.
SME levels are acceptable.
Graduate of Bachelors Degree.
Fluent in Spanish Language is a plus but not required.
Engaging and can handle pressure.
With Relevant experience in Shipping Logistics Forwarding Supply Chain Operations is a plus.
Handled Different Accounts under BPO set up or other industries are also acceptable.
Amenable to work in permanent night shift schedule and hybrid set up.
Open to work in Pasig City.
