Job Description
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to company policies procedures and benefits.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints grievances and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development implementation and communication of employee relations projects policies and procedures.
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution sessions between employees and management together with Legal representatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including labor standards anti-discrimination laws safe spaces and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify potential compliance risks.
- Provide advice and guidance on employment law matters.
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct Probationary Performance Evaluations.
- Conduct Exit interviews for deep-dive analysis of employee experience.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as employee and management surveys team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

- At least 2-3 years of employee relations HR or a related field.
