Job Description
KITE Search are currently representing a top tier global organization with a particular focus on Real Estate Investments in APAC. Due to the expansion and success of their existing portfolio they are now seeking an Asset Manager to join their APAC head office team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and control the operational activities of the portfolio
- Maximise the financial performance of the assets
- Implement the leasing strategy and marketing plan with the objection to drive footfall and sales
- Liaison with existing tenants to engender good customer relationships and on-going client care
- Assist in property performance reporting and presentation for making improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
- Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience in managing a sizable real estate portfolio
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiations skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
