British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Direct Sourcing Officer in Indonesia!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support sourcing plan development and execution for direct spend categories in line with local regional and global strategies.
- Manage TPM/Sundries sourcing activities ensuring compliance with global policies and standards.
- Contribute to savings targets through effective negotiations and supplier management.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive quality improvements.
- Maintain accurate contracts supplier records and monthly spend analysis.
- Ensure compliance with risk management ABAC/CRA SOBC and SoX requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong supplier relationships to support business growth and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field with minimum 2 years experience in FMCG procurement preferably within materials or innovative categories.
- Strong project management and thinking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient skills in Excel (data analysis spend tracking performance reporting) and PowerPoint (case and reporting decks). Familiarity with SAP for vendor management purchasing and reporting processes.
- Creative individual with a strategic approach to improving value and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to work optimally across cross-functional and multi-level partners locally regionally and globally.
- Resilient agile and adaptable to a fast-paced evolving environment with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
