A well-established business based in Malton is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to 45000 plus a range of great benefits and development opportunities.
As Management Accountant you will be:
- Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying variances
- Business partnering with operational teams to support decision-making
- Assisting with year-end processes and audit preparation
- Streamlining financial processes to drive efficiency
- Supporting the wider finance team and mentoring junior staff
To be successful in this Management Accountant role you will ideally have:
- A professional qualification (or working towards) ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Experience producing management accounts in a commercial environment
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- A proactive mindset with an eye for detail and process improvement
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
