As part of our field-based teamyoullplay a vital role inmaintaininghigh standardsacross our estate ensuring every customer-facing area reflects the quality atmosphere and welcoming environmentthatour guestshave come toexpect.
From keeping spaces safe and functional to preserving the character and charm of each location your work will directly support the memorable experiences we aim to deliver every day.
Whatsexpected fromthe role
Performa wide range ofmaintenance tasks in busy customer facing environmentswhilemaintainingapositive approach towardsourguests andactingas an ambassador for the brewery.
Ensuretheapproved schedule of works is carried out to an exceptional standard in line with all safety risk and compliance expectations and processes.
Makesureall materialsand equipment are orderedin line the company processes and procedures.
All workis undertakenincompliancewith current Health & Safety regulations and legislation and thatthe correctpersonal protective equipment is used when.
All equipment stock and designatedworkvehiclesareappropriatelymaintainedandanyissues ordefects arereportedpromptly.
Allnecessarydatasheets COSHH records and risk assessmentsare completed/updated/maintainedin line with requirements for each task.
About You:
Be based in Plymouth/South Devon or Torbay and possess afull UK driving licence.
Have trade knowledgeacross areas such as plumbing electrical joinery or general building maintenance.
Be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks across various sites.
Haveprovenexperience in property maintenancewithinrelatablecommercial or regulated environmentspreferablywithinthe hospitality sector/in pubsthoughthis isnot essential.
Be astrong organiser withattention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Have a greatunderstanding of health & safety requirements and legislation.
