Your Responsibilities

  • Perform installation maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure flawless operation.
  • Solve and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to determine reliability.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on equipment usage and standard methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to successfully implement customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of field service experience.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Mechanical Electrical or Electronics.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Resident of Scotland capable of supporting customers predominantly in the region.
  • Consistent record to work in a high-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
  • Outstanding teammate with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to the extra mile
  • Able to travel long distances on daily basis.
