- Develop HSSE expectations and requirements for the GC account consistent with the regional practices standards.
- Promote standardization and socialization of HSSE plans Training matrix processes and procedures.
- HSE regulatory and community & external affair support.
- Establish HSE competency requirements for key safety positions and HSSE training requirements and plan for the projects.
- Mentor coach and support HSSE team professionals in support of their development plans and goals. And also need support site operation as well.
- Develop the Account HSSE Management Plan in GC that clearly articulates how HSSE risks will be systematically identified assessed and mitigated.
- Provide assurance to Project that the Project Execution Plan and contracting strategy is aligned with Best Practices expectations and standards on risk management
- Engage the workforce and contractors in implementation of required HSSE procedures.
- Engage the workforce and contractors in the identification assessment and mitigation of personal safety-related hazards through formal safety assessments.
- Implement the Safety programs for the project team in line with the regional safety programs.
- Accountable for establishing and monitoring of the Account HSSE performance metrics and measurement tools across the Account in line with the regional practices & standards.
- Ensure that crisis and continuity management plans are in place.
- Report and investigate incidents in conformance with CMO incident reporting and investigation requirements.
- Provide independent advice the networking and support process/procedures required to deliver HSSE objectives and projects performances.
- Implement Contractor Safety Management process to select contractors based on a combination of their capability contractor employee competency and performance history in HSE.
- Analyze collective results of incident investigations to identify trends in immediate and system causes.
- Ensure the quality distribution approval and proper retention of all HSE-related documents.
- Evaluate contractor performance at defined intervals to confirm conformance with HSSE requirements provide feedback lessons learned and a basis for improving future contractor selection and performance
