A Platform Science est contratando um Product Manager focado em conduzir o roadmap para nossa equipe de Vdeo. Reportando-se ao Diretor de Produto Plataforma de Dispositivos e Dados e trabalhando com uma equipe de colegas apaixonados voc desempenhar um papel fundamental na incubao e lanamento de nossa Plataforma de Vdeo VV. Fomos fundados na misso de tornar o transporte inteligente.

Nesta funo voc enfrentar desafios de produto ao trabalhar com os membros da equipe de Vdeo da PS no roadmap de produto de curto prazo enquanto trabalha para refinar e iterar nossa viso de longo prazo de entregar uma plataforma de vdeo. Voc estar sempre fazendo perguntas para aprender mais sobre o porqu e o como do mundo por meio de interaes constantes com nossos clientes e parceiros. Principais Responsabilidades

• Ser um defensor apaixonado do cliente; entender e articular as necessidades do cliente conduzir pesquisas contnuas com clientes aproveitar o conhecimento e a experincia interna e priorizar os requisitos do mercado.
• Escrever documentos de requisitos definir casos de uso jornada do cliente e ser responsvel pelas mtricas de negcio e KPIs (Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho) para seus produtos e servios.
• Identificar reas de oportunidade e fraqueza tanto na rea do produto quanto no processo e articular solues criativas e interativas.
• Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida do produto definindo User Stories com Critrios de Aceite detalhados e atendendo a uma Definition of Ready; participar de reunies dirias e sprint reviews dos produtos de trabalho da engenharia.
• Entregar uma verso MVP de nossa soluo de plataforma de vdeo de prxima gerao na Cmera e conduzir testes de campo seguidos por iteraes rpidas para lanar um MSP (Produto Mnimo Vendvel) ajudando a impulsionar a receita incremental para a Platform Science.
• Fazer parceria com a Engenharia a Liderana Snior e outros Gerentes de Produto para conduzir a estratgia e o roteiro da plataforma de Vdeo VV para a Amrica do Norte.

Experincia Exigida

• Mais de 5 anos de experincia em gerenciamento de produtos lanando software utilizado por milhares de usurios.
• Solucionador de problemas pragmtico e capaz de focar em detalhes tcnicos (ou seja pegar problemas complexos dos clientes e dividi-los em componentes).
• Habilidades de comunicao excepcionais (ingls e portugus) que permitem que voc conecte uma equipe espalhada pelo mundo.
• Experincia anterior liderando produtos de Software / Hardware preferencialmente em telemtica de vdeo.
• Exibir uma atitude positiva e proativa e estar disposto a trabalhar em um ambiente de hipercrescimento. Em outras palavras arregaar as mangas e prosperar em uma startup de ritmo acelerado.
• Experincia em contato direto com o cliente
• Graduao superior completo

Desejvel

• Bacharelado em Cincia da Informao Engenharia da Computao ou rea relacionada.
• Experincia de trabalho em produtos de IoT Telemtica ou Vdeo.
• Compreenso dos setores de transporte rodovirio ou logstica.
• Experincia com precificao bundles e go-to-market.

Lead Product Manager Video Target Team

About the Role

Platform Science is hiring a Product Manager focused on driving the roadmap for our Video Target Team. Reporting to the Director of Product Device and Data Platform and working with a team of passionate colleagues you will play a critical role in incubating piloting and launching our VV Video Platform. We are founded on the mission of making transportation smart.

In this role you will face product challenges as you work with members of the PS Video team on short-term product roadmap while working towards refining and iterating on our long-term vision of delivering a video platform. You are always asking questions to learn more about the Why and How of the world through constant interactions with our customers and partners. You take ownership and pride in the quality of both your work and your teams work.

Essential Responsibilities

• Help execute features and capabilities in your product area and work with your team to distill this into multiple short-term execution deliverables.
• Be a passionate advocate for the customer; understand and articulate customer needs conduct ongoing customer research leverage internal knowledge and expertise and prioritize market requirements.
• Write requirements documents define use cases customer journey and own the business metrics and KPIs for your products and services.
• Identify areas of opportunity and weakness in both product area and process and articulate creative and iterative solutions.
• Manage the entire product life cycle by defining User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria and meeting a Definition of Ready; participate in daily standup and sprint reviews of engineering work products.
• Deliver an MVP version of our next generation video platform solution on the Camera and drive field trials followed by quickly iterating to launch an MSP helping drive incremental revenue to Platform Science.
• Partner with Engineering Senior Leadership and other Product Managers to drive the VV Video platform strategy and roadmap for North America.

Required experience

• 5 years of product management experience shipping software used by thousands of users.
• Pragmatic problem solver and can focus on technical details (i.e. take complex customer problems and break them down into components).
• Exceptional communication skills (English and Portuguese) that allow you to bridge the gap of a team spread across the world.
• Past experience leading Software/Hardware products preferably in video telematics.
• Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and is willing to work in a hyper-growth other words roll up your sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced start-up.
• Customer-facing experience with a willingness to travel and speak when reasonably safe travel is able to resume.
• Preferred but not required:
• Bachelors degree in Information Science Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience working on IoT Telematics or Video products.
• Understanding of the trucking or logistics industries.
• Experience with pricing packaging and go to market positioning.
