About the Role

The Data Reporting Officer supports the Data and Reporting Lead in ensuring the delivery of accurate comprehensive and timely reports that align with the organisations strategic goals and compliance requirements. This role focuses on data collection analysis and reporting while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

This is a full time fixed term role until June 2027 based at our Midland office.

This is your chance to make an impact by:

  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of data reporting frameworks.
  • Compile and analyse data to provide insights for compliance planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure data complies with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct routine data audits and escalate issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
  • Fostering a data-driven culture building capability and capacity for teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Data Analyst/ Computer Science or relevant qualification and experience.
  • Experience in using Client Management Systems (Dynamics CRM 365).
  • Experience of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI) and data transformation.
  • Knowledge and experience or willingness to learn designing Power Apps and best practice approaches.
  • The ability to illicit requirements using data to tell stories and inform stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing process maps and documenting workflow procedures.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to support a team of therapeutic practitioners to understand and be able to use the Client Management System and other data reporting/collection tools.
