Job Description
In this role you / you are:A positive self-starter who can work independently and effectively within a team environmentPossess an ability to communicate effectively with employees business partners and management in a clear concise and professional mannerShow proficiency in data review and analysis particularly with ExcelHave the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of experience in stock administration compensation or brokerage industry at a multinational publicly traded company.
- Experience with equity compensation issues including RSUs and ESPP and their domestic and foreign tax implications.
- Proficiency in Equity Edge Online and E*TRADE Stock Plans platform.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1; or completion of Level 1 within one year of hire date.
- Proactive approach to learning new technologies and industry trends.
