Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles with a focus on hourly workforce manufacturing positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social networking sites employee referrals and user groups.
- Screen and interview candidates assessing qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build a robust pipeline of top talent through recruitment initiatives.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
You are effective and understand the customers historically today and tomorrow to gather fresh insights. You research initiatives and try new approaches. You define overall goals and objectives. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
- Recruitment experience with a preference for hiring experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing practices and technologies
- Strong communication interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Passion for people and delivering excellent service
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided
