The ideal candidate will have previous culinary production experience and exhibit progressive career growth a self-driven work ethic with heavy attention to detail and cleanliness and a positive and professional approach to hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your culinary skills and expand your knowledge in a creative atmosphere.
Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position which requires full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays weekends and holidays as early as 5AM and finishing as late as 11PM.
Pay Rate: $17.00 - 19.00 per hour based on experience

What will I be doing
As aLead Cook you would be responsible for preparing maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
