Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Analyze and forecast warehouse capacity and resource needs.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
