Job Summary

Your Tasks

As Recruiter Stores youll take ownership of the recruitment process for your region. Youll be part of the HR Service Center but act as the main point of contact for the regional HR Business Partner and Store Managers. With responsibility for 50 to 75 vacancies per month youll balance speed quality and candidate experience while also driving improvements in how we attract and select talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle: drafting and publishing job ads sourcing interviewing and managing offers.
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Indeed social media and explore new channels to widen the talent pool.
  • Constantly work on expanding these talent pools to make sure we always have people available when the urgency in the stores is high.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to set up appealing and targeted recruitment campaigns that strengthen our employer brand.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to track performance report on results and optimize both quality and quantity of candidates.
  • Respond to high season and peak hiring needs by setting up the right actions and campaigns in advance.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and Store Managers on recruitment strategy market insights and effective sourcing approaches.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events selection days and employer branding activities ensuring a consistent and attractive candidate experience.
  • Do active outreach with candidate surveys to get insights on how we can optimize our processes and turn this into actionable insights

Your Profile

  • MBO-4 or HBO working/thinking level (HR communications or commercial background is a plus).
  • 24 years of hands-on recruitment experience ideally in high-volume or retail hiring.
  • Experience in setting up and evaluating recruitment campaigns with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Skilled in working with marketing to design appealing recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume vacancies and respond effectively to seasonal hiring peaks
  • Proactive and creative always looking for ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate attraction.
  • Strong communication skills and able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch both spoken and written.
  • Thrives in a dynamic commercial environment and enjoys taking ownership.
