You have an advisory role towards hiring managers and you provide them with the right tools to make the best possible hiring decision.
You will:
- Take the lead during the hiring process from candidate touch to onboarding and act as an advisor between our internal organization and the labor market;
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and your direct Manager to identify needs within the business;
- Create an amazing hiring manager - candidate experience;
- Find creative ways to attract candidates in a competitive labor market including sourcing;
- Offer continuous support with relevant knowledge and information from the market and regular reporting to your stakeholders;
- Work with different assessment tools to focus on personality rather than only a CV;
- Bring Talent Acquisition within vidaXL to the next level!;
We offer:
- 25 vacation days increasing with time of service with the option to purchase 10 additional days;
- 8% holiday allowance;
