Ingredion is looking for a passionate and experiencedTotal Rewards Managerto lead our compensation benefits and mobility services. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality Total Rewards services that support our global workforce and business goals.

As aTotal Rewards Manager you will oversee compensation and benefits administration global mobility services and leave of absence programs. You will lead a team and collaborate with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement and manage Total Rewards strategies across the organization.

This role reports to theSr. Manager Human Resources Shared Services.

What will you do:

  • Lead and manage the Total Rewards team ensuring consistent and effective daily operations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration global mobility and leave of absence programs.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards CoE to implement strategic initiatives and policy changes.
  • Manage escalated inquiries and policy exceptions ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Total Rewards regulations and internal policies.
  • Support reporting and analytics related to Total Rewards programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and support improvements in systems tools and processes based on operational insights.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Communications Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
  • 12 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation benefits program design and Total Rewards tools and processes.
