Job Description
Are you looking to progress your career within a highly successful team at a leading UK law firm
Solicitor/Associate - Residential Development - East of England/Essex with hybrid working
Client
An expanding Real Estate team within a forward-thinking full service leading UK law firm with excellent career prospects
Role
Working with and supporting senior fee earners in the ream on a wide variety of residential development and strategic land acquisitions and disposals
Working on affordable housing transactions for both Registered Providers and private developers
Carrying out title due diligence and reporting
Dealing with development funding lender requirements
Actively participating in business development
You
3-5 years PQE
Experience in residential development and a desire to further specialise within this area
Ambitious driven and with strong attention to detail
