Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We are looking for a detail-oriented analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization. Ideal candidates will have a high level of independent judgment an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.
This is an ideal position for a new college graduate who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging demand high performance but will give them hands-on experience working with large data set and financial analytics.
Responsibilities:
Collect and validate key information from financial documents and regulatory filings
Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds ETFs Pooled Separate Accounts and Collective Trusts)
Analyzing and collect data related to individuals and firms in the financial services industry.
Repetitive data entry
Contribute to data enhancement and integration through special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Training & Experience
Bachelors degree graduate in Finance Business Economics or any closely related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with particular focus on Excel skills
Computer savvy and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border / multi-cultural work environment
Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday
Ability to work under pressure and a rigorous set of performance metrics.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent day shift schedule (10am 7pm Manila Time)
Amenable to go on a 2-month onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)
