About the Role

Were looking for a Real Time Analyst (RTA) to own the pulse of Wonders live operations and to reinvent what real-time management looks like.

Youll be part of a small analytical team that ensures our operation runs predictably and efficiently day-to-day not through constant manual monitoring but through data-driven decisions process design and automation.

This role blends hands-on operational judgment with deep analytical rigor. Youll detect emerging issues in real time quantify their impact and design experiments or automations that prevent them from reoccurring. Youll help build systems that make our team faster smarter and eventually less needed in the loop.

Youll succeed in this role if youre curious about how complex systems behave under pressure if you like solving operational puzzles with data analytics and if youre motivated by making yourself obsolete through the tools and processes you build.

Who Were Looking For

Analytical Operator

• Balances speed and rigor can make decisions in minutes but always leaves a trail of structured reasoning behind.

• Spots patterns in live data and translates them into hypotheses tests and system-level insights.

• Sees real-time work as an analytical feedback loop not just reactive triage.

Automation Builder

• Uses scripting APIs or workflow automations (e.g. Sheets Apps Script SQL Python no-code or AI-code tools) to eliminate manual steps and reduce cognitive load.

• Treats every repetitive task as an opportunity to build something reusable.

• Partners with team leads and engineers to translate we keep firefighting this into this never happens again.

System Designer and Learner

• Designs playbooks dashboards and alerts that improve decision-making quality and speed.

• Documents learnings and embeds them into standard operating rhythms so the system gets smarter over time.

• Thrives in undefined environments brings structure not just execution.

What You Need to Bring

Technical Skillset

• Strong analytical foundation comfortable working with large datasets creating dashboards and building lightweight and heavyweight analytical models.

• Fluent in Excel/Sheets and SQL; familiarity with Python R or workflow automation tools is a strong advantage.

• Able to translate real-time data into clear operational actions and post-mortem insights.

• Bonus: experience with or curiosity about AI-assisted tools for data analysis and automation.

Operational Skillset

• Understands the dynamics of live operations knows how volume staffing and behavior interact.

• Makes calm data-informed decisions under time pressure.

• Communicates clearly across multiple levels from agents and leads to engineers and directors.
