Were Hiring: Operations Director
For a Reputable Hospital Group
We are assisting one of our healthcare clients in hiring an experienced Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a hospital facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth efficient and patient-centered services while aligning operational functions with the hospitals overall strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hospital-wide operations including facilities support services procurement and general administration
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety protocols and internal quality standards
Work closely with medical nursing and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and service delivery
Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of care and service
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and hospital systems
Manage vendor relationships contracts and outsourced services
Supervise and mentor department heads and non-clinical staff
Support business planning budgeting and operational reporting
Qualifications:
At least 810 years of progressive experience in operations with a strong background in healthcare or hospital management
Proven ability to manage complex functions in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong leadership organizational and analytical skills
Familiarity with DOH standards PhilHealth processes and hospital accreditation requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments
Open to candidates from other industries with strong operational management experience in regulated service-driven environments
