Were looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and elevate the full HR function of our hospital. While healthcare experience is a plus we believe great HR leadership transcends industrieswhat matters most is what you bring to the table.
What Youll Do:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment employee engagement compensation & benefits performance management and labor compliance.
Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and build a high-performing values-driven culture.
Drive organizational development initiatives from onboarding and training to leadership development and retention strategies.
Lead employee relations with empathy professionalism and fairness.
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations HR policies and hospital standards.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role regardless of industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic service-oriented environment.
A genuine passion for people and purpose-led work.
