Job Description

The Opportunity:

    • Were looking for an enthusiastic Coordinator to support our Early Careers recruitment activities across the firm.
    • This is an exciting role where youll get the opportunity to engage with students across New Zealand and share why KPMG is a great place to start their career journey.
    • We are looking for someone to commence with us as soon as possible as we start planning for our 2026 Early Career campaign activities.

Day to day you will:

    • Support the wider Early Careers Recruitment team with executing their strategy across all stages Attraction Selection and Onboarding.
    • Coordinate and represent KPMG at Early Career recruitment events such as university expos career fairs assessment days and inductions including presenting to groups of students.
    • Support with candidate communication including screening applications coordinating interviews and assessment days and monitoring shared inboxes.
    • Contribute to innovation and a culture of continuous improvement within Early Careers Recruitment and the wider People team to drive excellence efficiency and an outstanding people experience
    • Provide administration support to the wider Talent team during peak periods

What youll bring to our team:

    • High energy and a passion for recruiting our early career talent and supporting them with the first steps of their career journey
    • A flexible approach to your work day; exciting opportunities to coordinate and attend events expos and assessment days means your working pattern may fall outside of the standard 8:30 - 5.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively promote KPMG to diverse audiences.
    • This role will require you to travel around New Zealand the successful candidate will have a Full NZ Drivers License and their own transport.
    • Excellent planning and organising skills with high attention to detail as you dive into designing and executing fun and interesting activities and events for our early career talent
    • Previous Recruitment or Event Coordination experience preferred
    • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
