The Opportunity

How Youll Make an Impact
Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety quality and throughput.
Perform engineering tasks including analysis design development and testing.
Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
Support production during process/equipment start-ups defining action plans and training.
Contribute to Operations Daily Management Meetings and solve key issues.
Evaluate and implement new process technologies for cost reduction and productivity.
Lead testing activities approval criteria and external provider choices.
Define and execute Capital Expenditure (Capex) initiatives.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Visa authorization for travel to the United States.
Prefer lean manufacturing training and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred but not required.
