We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for working on our SDK but will also contribute to the development of companion applications focused on geolocation checking. This role requires a strong understanding of at least one of either Android or iOS development and a keen interest in building innovative mobile solutions.
This role will report to the Engineering Manager Device Intelligence.
This role offers flexibility and is based in our Budapest office with a hybrid schedule of being in the office approximately three days per week.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Develop and maintain our mobile SDK for either Android or iOS platforms.
- Design build and maintain high-performance reusable and reliable mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and best practices.
WHAT YOUll BRING:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong portfolio of either Android or iOS applications.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g. Kotlin/Java for Android Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience with SDK development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and frameworks is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with geolocation or geofencing technologies is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
