Job Description
A global insurance company is looking for a dynamic and energetic Project Manager/ Scrum Master to join their digital innovation team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining project scope and deliverables which achieve strategic outcomes
- Manage all levels of stakeholders to ensure alignment in project goals and direction
- Liaise with Vendors and external consultants on service management
- Able to collaborate with the scrum teams for various deliverables
- Drive the development team to deliver quality release on sprints
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance Computer Science Information systems Engineering discipline or related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Project or Digital Insurance Projects are highly preferred
- Experience in large scale digital projects
- Experience working in Agile or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
