Job Description
KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading global engineering consultancies within the environmental & sustainability space a name respected globally for the work and projects they have completed for Financial Services clients and International MNC conglomerates. As a business they are focused on making a difference and driving sustainable initiatives through consulting services research data solutions and M&A advisory.
As the business grows we are looking for a Director - Capital Project Delivery - Environmental Impact who can combine strong consulting and business development skills with a strong technical foundation. This role will see you work with and grow a network of excellent client relationships in the power utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Role Scope:
- Environmental Social and Health impact assessment / Environmental policy development
- Compliance programs including environmental monitoring and audit
- ESH compliance and risk management systems development
- Develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in revenue growth
- Utilise technical understanding to develop proposals including written content pricing and presentations
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Capital Projects Team collaborating with colleagues across the globe.
- Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs
- Achieve business financial targets overall project budget and schedule client satisfaction/expectations
- BA or Masters degree in environmental management engineering science etc
- 15 years leadership experience in a consulting environment and working with key sectoral clients.
- You should be passionate about ESG performance improvement and possess substantial experience in developing and delivering world-class solutions.
- Understanding of business risk and challenges recognising potential opportunities.
- Ability to offer technical expertise with an established reputation in the marketplace.
- Professional membership in HKIQEP or similar
- Chinese and English language proficiency is required
