At GN we are on a mission to enhance our operational customer experience and we are looking for a skilled Project Manager with the right mindset to manage our Customer Catalyst. This is our strategic project aiming to design customer-centric operational processes and deliver smooth customer experiences.
The team you will be part of
As the project manager for our Customer Catalyst you will report to the head of Strategy and Excellence Regional Operations and be part of a team consisting of a handful of supply chain and operations professionals who are all working on strategic projects and operations excellence in our regional operations centers around the world.
Our aim in this Strategy and Excellence team is to manage our strategic agenda and leverage synergies between regions and product-categories by streamlining processes and designing the operational customer journeys of tomorrow.
The Customer Catalyst project is anchored here but the project team includes both leaders and colleagues from other functional areas in GN such as commercial quality and after-market service functions.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
To perform well in this role you should not hesitate to engage in the details on key initiatives while at the same time keeping an overview of the project as a whole.
Also it is important you bring curiosity for current processes and customer interactions along with an innovative mindset to define future customer journeys that will provide a competitive advantage to GN. We already have a team of subject matter experts who have started working but we need someone to coordinate and direct the efforts and our stakeholder communication.
