About the role
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Contract Administrator who is seeking a long career with one of Australias leading builders. This opportunity is immediate and you will be joining the team on a major project in Sydneys West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing coordinating reporting on and advising on of all commercial aspects of a large-scale project; and ensuring effective and consistent administration of all project contractual relationships.
This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract subcontracts consultant and supply agreements quality management systems policies guidelines and project specific procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a relevant building or QS degree
- Have experience managing head and subcontracts on large-scale commercial projects preferably in CBD locations
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
