Job Summary/Description:
Are you a forward-thinking content leader ready to bridge the gap between traditional broadcast and the future of digital media Were looking for a Multi-Platform Producer to lead the charge in integrating sales initiatives with news content develop and execute our CTV (Connected TV) strategy and produce compelling live content across digital and broadcast platforms.
This isnt just another producing role. Its a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of news and innovation guiding our stations content strategy across multiple platforms ensuring our brand remains essential to the communities we serve.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary liaison between the News and Sales departments to identify develop and execute integrated content opportunities.
Take the lead on CTV strategy and execution helping us grow and define our presence on emerging digital platforms.
Coordinate and deliver live content for our digital (and when needed) linear platforms including breaking news live events and special projects.
Collaborate with news producers reporters anchors and digital staff to create platform-specific content that resonates with viewers.
Innovate workflows in a digital-first newsroom environment ensuring seamless transitions between platforms.
Track and analyze content performance across digital platforms and use data to refine strategy and delivery.
Maintain editorial standards while working with branded and sponsored content.
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 years experience in broadcast or digital producing content strategy or news integration.
Strong editorial judgment and a passion for delivering impactful community-focused content.
Comfortable writing for digital social and TV with a knack for crafting engaging stories across all platforms.
Proven experience coordinating live content in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with CTV platforms streaming and OTT content production is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Self-starter whos always looking for new ways to connect with audiences and drive results.
