Job Summary
As an Electropolisher you will play a crucial role in our production team using specialized electrochemical processes to polish and finish metal surfaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate electroplating equipment to polish and finish metal parts and components
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges to ensure accurate and consistent results
- Perform quality control checks throughout the electropolishing process
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the production process
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
Required:- 2 years Experience as an Electroplater or in a similar metal finishing role
- Proficiency in using micrometers gauges and other precision measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of industry-standard quality control practices
Working Conditions
This position will be based in our production facility where you will be working in a fast-paced industrial environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods lifting and handling metal parts and exposure to noise and fumes. A flexible schedule including the possibility of overtime may be required to meet production demands.
Compensation and Benefits
- $21-$23 per hour based on experience.- We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance retirement savings plan and paid time off.
Hours:- 1st shift- Full Time- 42 hours per week after training period
