About the job
As a Systems Engineering Program Manager you will act as a technical program manager to support the hardware/software testing and development of hyper-scale systems. You will be expected to have a strong grasp of electronic systems (servers network switches) regularly attend scheduled program update meetings and sync with engineering external stakeholders to align on program deliverables and timelines. You will report directly to the Manager of Hardware Engineering.
You will
- Lead program management for the test & validation engineering of hyperscale data center
- systems (Servers Racks Components Networking).
- Work cross-functionally with engineering management and customer teams to align program objectives and mitigate scheduling risks.
- Support engineering groups by managing trackers schedules customer updates and logistics.
- Develop tools to further enhance the existing process.
- Work in an engineering lab alongside thermal and systems team member.
You have
- Bachelors degree in engineering business or equivalent experience as a program manager.
- 5 years of experience in a technical program management role.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders conflicting priorities and forming plans based on initial assumptions.
- An ideal candidate has hyperscale product experience (servers racks networking components.
- Experience with project management tools (Confluence JIRA Office Suite)
- Working knowledge of electronics and computing architecture
- Fostering win-win customer engagements focused on accountability and delivery.
- Familiarity with electronics and systems used in data centers.
- Works well as a team member and can guide discussions among engineers.
- Detail oriented communicates clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
Annual Salary Range
$120000$150000 USD DOE
