1. The individual in this position will serve as a Technical Lead/Project Manager and guide a team of developers. 2. Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design. 3. Assign tasks to developers and monitor progress. 4. Perform complex coding in a CSLA and MVC environment. 5. Develop architectural solutions for projects and provide assistence to developers. 6. Manage build releases throughout various environments from Development to Production. 7. Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL
