How you create meaningful change in healthcare
As a Senior Design Engineer youll be part of the team developing our orthosis and scanner portfolio. Together with engineers software developers and external partners youll work on products that directly impact peoples lives. Youll have access to cutting-edge 3D technology and the freedom to rapidly prototype test and bring ideas into production.
You switch easily between concept development engineering and project leadership. Youre both strategic and hands-on: you see the big picture know how to translate goals into projects and know how to get things off the ground. Youll work closely with Vincent Tom Daan and Martijn and you have the potential to lead the team in the future.

What youll be doing
Design medical products from start to finish: from initial idea to production ready solution
Think conceptually prototype test and improve based on user insights
Take ownership of projects guiding both team members and external partners
Research materials and suppliers and negotiate production deals
Apply your knowledge of 3D printing soft goods silicones and composites
Translate company-wide OKRs into clear actionable project plans
Turn user needs into smart durable and beautifully designed products
Work with tools such as SolidWorks Rhino Fusion360 or equivalent CAD software
Job requirements
Who were looking for
Were looking for a design engineer who wants more than just designing. Someone who:
Has at least 3 years of experience in a design engineering role with a broad portfolio
Combines conceptual thinking with technical execution and loves making ideas real
Understands user needs and designs products that truly fit their lives
Can independently lead and execute projects from vision to implementation
Thrives in collaboration but knows how to navigate independently when needed
Is curious eager to learn and not afraid to get hands-on
Has experience with material selection and manufacturing 3D printing is a strong plus
Speaks fluent English Dutch is a bonus
Has a strong eye for design aesthetics
