We are looking for an Assistant BanquetOperations Managerbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

Asan Assistant BanquetOperationsManager we rely on you to:

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
  • Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections
  • Constantly obtain guestsfeedback to ensure their satisfaction in dining experience
  • Proper and tactful handling of guestcomplaints
  • Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
  • Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
  • Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
  • Supervise the teamand assist in departmental training

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 4 yearsof experience inBanquet Operations at prestigious Hotels or organizations
  • Sound knowledge infood and beverages and strong sense of market trends
  • Customer orientedself-motivated detail minded responsible and accountable
  • Excellent command of spokenEnglish Cantonese and Putonghua
