We are looking for an Assistant BanquetOperations Managerbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
Asan Assistant BanquetOperationsManager we rely on you to:
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
- Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections
- Constantly obtain guestsfeedback to ensure their satisfaction in dining experience
- Proper and tactful handling of guestcomplaints
- Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
- Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
- Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
- Supervise the teamand assist in departmental training
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 4 yearsof experience inBanquet Operations at prestigious Hotels or organizations
- Sound knowledge infood and beverages and strong sense of market trends
- Customer orientedself-motivated detail minded responsible and accountable
- Excellent command of spokenEnglish Cantonese and Putonghua
