Job Description

Join our team as a PMO Coordinator!

Were on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

In this role youll work closely with the EPMO Manager to document procedures guidance and templates for best practice project and programme management. Youll play a key part in establishing and embedding excellent project management practices with potential opportunities to provide PMO support for large transformation initiatives or projects.

If you have experience within a PMO Coordination or Project Support role this could be the perfect opportunityfor you!

Some of the things we are looking for:

  • Experience within a PMO coordination or project support role with hands on experience of all stages of a project life cycle.

  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

  • Experience of change management release planning and coordination of release activities

  • Experience of creating templates policies procedures and processes.

  • Experience of consolidating data into high level reports for multiple stakeholder groups coupled with experience in preparing reports and presentations.

  • Excellent communication skills with thorough attention to detail highly organised and adaptable to shifting business priorities have a passion for technology and be able to instil that enthusiasm in others.

Although this role is primarily home-based you will need to travel to our Group offices and other locations as required typically at least once a month. Our offices are situated at Birmingham Business Park in Solihull and Central Park in Worcester.

This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) but were also happy to consider flexible or part-time working arrangements of more that 21 hours per week.
