Position Summary: Assist the instructor with grading assignments managing MyCourses (grade-book lectures messages). Technical support for students enrolled in the course. Other related activities.
Qualifications: Must be a registered graduate student (M.A. or Ph.D.) in the Italian Studies Program in the Department of Languages Literatures and Cultures at McGill University. Excellent knowledge of academic English. General knowledge of myCourses. Must be comfortable in dealing with students as individuals or in a group. Excellent organization and communication skills. Native or near-native fluency in English required; native or near native fluency in Italian an asset.
