The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for successful implementation and customization of ServiceNow platform for prestigious enterprise customers.

The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for successful implementation and customization of ServiceNow platform for prestigious enterprise customers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Delivering solutions based on ServiceNow platform for enterprise customers.
- Leading a team and supervising its output and quality
- Be involved in various project roles: business analyst solution architect technical consultant.
- Provide guidance to our customers and enable them to implement the best solutions.
- Looking for true customer needs and offering solutions
- Communicate and cooperate with the customers in English (day-to-day communication presentations participation in workshops and meetings)
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow platform proven experience as SN Architect or implementation team leader
- Experience with leading a team
- Motivation for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills.
- ITIL certification (advantage not a condition)
- ServiceNow CIS/CAD/CTA/CMA certifications
- Practical experience with consulting and/or business analyses
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Proven practical experience with object-oriented programming
- Fluent communication in the English language
- Experience with SCRUM framework
