About the Role
Were seeking an Application System Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and businesssomeone who can translate complex needs into smart scalable solutions.

What Youll Do
- Be the bridge between business and technologygather requirements translate them into technical designs and oversee successful execution.
- Enhance enterprise applications (CRM ERP reporting platforms) through configuration updates integrations and support.
- Lead testing effortsfrom creating test plans and scripts to UAT and regression testingensuring smooth high-quality rollouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects risk assessments and deployment planning.
- Drive data insights by generating reports supporting architecture discussions and improving data management processes.
- Provide hands-on support for system users troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in application/system analysis technical support or software implementation.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP administration and reporting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of system integration SDLC and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in SQL or other query languages.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience working with APIs and various integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce HubSpot Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and workflow automation tools.
- Relevant Certifications or platform-specific credentials.
