GROUP/DIVISION SUMMARY
The Drug Product Division - North America (DPD-NA) is one of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group. We are made up of approximately 4400 colleagues across six sites who specialize in taking sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products from development to commercialization.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Packaging/Labeling Technician will be responsible to use appropriate leadership skills to guide individuals toward task accomplishment in the optimal operations of the packaging and inspection areas while ensuring proper documentation process checks and verification of components. They will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction Documents as they relate to assembly materials handling equipment operation and finished products. Typical hours are Sunday Thursday 8PM 6AM sometimes Friday 8PM 2AM.
Essential Functions:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent minimally required.
Experience:
Two years of experience in manual inspection/pharmaceutical packaging preferred.
